About Valley Pilates
Why Pilates?
Every class is a full body workout meaning you get the most out of your class experience and you will work muscles you may not have noticed in a while!
If you come regularly (at least weekly) you will notice improved posture and alignment and your technique improving – if you continue coming you’ll see results very quickly.
A typical Pilates workout includes a number of exercises and stretches. Each exercise is performed with attention to proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. To gain the maximum benefit, you should do Pilates at least two or three times per week.
