Barre Pilates – is it for you?

Barre Pilates is full-bodied workout that uses a ballet barre to help provide stability as you work through the class. Each class is design to build alignment, agility, stability, and to strengthen your core, tone and elongate muscles and to be a fun and fresh class with great music and lots of laughs! Suitable for all ages and stages. By combining elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training, barre can help you build lean muscle and improve your overall fitness.

Barre is a fun fusion of ballet conditioning, Pilates and yoga combined together to strengthen and sculpt your entire body. We also combine killer moves, great tunes, and juicy stretches to keep the flow.

Men and women of all ages and athletic abilities can benefit from barre. Barre isn't just a leg and glute workout, we utilise the mat, work those abs, stretch, pulse and ensure a full body workout.
