Valley Pilates is a mindfully designed studio amongst trees overlooking the beautiful Currumbin Valley. From the moment you enter the studio, you will be welcome, accepted and calmed by the natural surroundings. Join our mat pilates classes for a whole-body experience – for your senses, mind, and headspace!
Outside you are surrounded by natural beauty, nature, birdsong, fresh air and sunshine… while inside you are welcomed, made to feel comfortable, supported and practising in a purpose-built studio with various props and supports to ensure our modifications cater to your needs.

Our Facilities
Our comfortable studio has fans to keep you cool over those summer months, props and support available to assist any modifications from pregnancy, knee issues, back problems, or just extra support. We use props such as Pilates balls, sliders, resistance bands and weights to ensure our classes offer a full body workout and a variety of styles to keep you interested. We provide everything you need from mats to water!
For our kid friendly classes we have a blanket and a selection of toys to keep your little one entertained, feel free to bring your own if you’d rather and some snacks.
