Nestled in Currumbin Valley, my studio is only 10 minutes from the Pacific Motorway and 4 minutes from Connection Road, but you’ll feel like you’re miles away in a beautiful location where you truly can indulge all of your senses. With 20 acres of bushland, view over the valley and the most beautiful sunsets, my little studio has a huge balcony where your kids can play while you workout, or where you can linger after class for a herbal tea and some deep breathing.

We might be a little hard to find the first time but we have signage on the road and parking down the long driveway. Before your first class I will send you full information of where to find me and where to park and I will be waiting for you outside before class to meet you!
