The Experience

The experience at Valley Pilates is  the ‘time out’ that people crave in a setting that refreshes the soul. Part of our vision is to connect to the local community, to be that little gem where everyone feels welcome, comfortable and empowered.

Class sizes are capped at 7 people so we can monitor your form and progress. We have a tea cart with organic teas and outdoor lounge furniture for those who want to linger a little and extend their time here. We aim to have clients skipping out of each class feeling lighter, taller and calmer.

Our classes go a little like this:

  • Warm up and breathing: Focus on getting our alignment and posture right to set up for class.

  • Getting into it: Using props such as the balls, therebands, resistance loops, sliders and small weights – thi sis fun, with a little burn, always set to good music and we keep it lighthearted and relaxed.

  • Juicy challenge: with options for the various levels and abilities of each client.

  • Stretch it out: Celebrate what our bodies can do!

  • Relaxation: The most beautiful way to end our practice and have you skipping home.
