Keep Moving When Life Gets Crazy
Each week we open our doors and invite you to join us for strong moves, satisfying stretches and the goal of freer movement. We share community, encouragement and support and have a whole lot of fun.
But life is busy, many of us are working more just to get by, and at the end of the day we're pooped with a capital P - how do we make the time for the vital activity of moving our body and connecting with ourselves?
We're excited to have 2 new classes scheduled into our week, more home workouts on offer (snack-sized express classes), and to be able to equip you with the confidence to take some of our workouts home and fit them in whenever you can. That way - together - we can move daily and experience all the benefits this will add to our life.
See our new timetable below with our 11am Monday and Wednesday classes to begin August 2nd, and our Tuesday morning class to begin September 1st.
All of our classes rely on your support to continue, so thank you for joining us each week and I hope we can make these new times a success!
